Ifil board names Winteler as CEO, Elkann to board

MILAN, June 11 (Reuters) - Ifil , the holding company of Italy's Agnelli family, has named Director General Daniel John Winteler to become chief executive and has called prime Agnelli family member John Elkann to the board.
