IG Metall doesn't see deal with VW on Thursday


FRANKFURT, Oct 28 (Reuters) - German metalworkers union IG Metall doesn't expect to reach a deal with Volkswagen on Thursday over a new wage contract, the union said. A spokesman said the first warning strikes would likely begin early on Friday, but added that the two sides would meet for talks again early next week.
