BUDAPEST, Nov 26 (Reuters) - Hungarian bus maker Ikarus Rt. said in a statement on Tuesday it would buy back the loss-making bus manufacturing activity from Ikarusbus Rt, owned by Europe's second-largest bus maker, Irisbus.
