MUMBAI, June 11 (Reuters) - The Reserve Bank of India on Monday said foreign funds could resume buying shares of Escorts Ltd. up to 49 percent, after its board and shareholders had approved the raise.
Shares in the company ended 0.4 percent lower at 109.60 rupees in the Mumbai market, ahead of the news.
