MUMBAI, Feb 15 (Reuters) - India's Endurance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. said on Thursday it has acquired aluminium die casting firms Nuova Renopress in Italy and Amann Druckguss in Germany.
Endurance has also bought a stake in another components maker, Paioli Meccanica, with whom it has a technical collaboration, it said. The total value of these overseas investments was 46 million euros ($60 million).
