BOMBAY, March 31 (Reuters) - Sales at India's largest motorcycle maker, Hero Honda Ltd , crossed 50 billion rupees for the year ended March 31, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Monday.
This is up around percent from sales of 45.4 billion a year earlier, a notice on the BSE's Web site said.
Hero Honda sold 1.677 million motorcycles during the year, up 18 percent from a year earlier, it said.
It sold 1.56 million units in the eleven months to February.
