NEW DELHI, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Car sales in India rose an annual 32.3 percent in January, with customers buying vehicles ahead of possible tax hikes in the federal budget later this month, an industry body said on Tuesday.
Firms sold 145,905 cars in the month compared with 110,300 units a year ago, data from the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers showed.
