MUMBAI, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd , India's top utility vehicle and tractor maker, has put in the highest bid of 105 million euros ($152 million) for Italian gear maker Metalcastello, the Economic Times said on Tuesday.
