NEW DELHI, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Mahindra & Mahindra , India's top utility vehicles and tractor maker, will decide on the future of its joint venture with French carmaker Renault in 45 days, the Indian firm's Vice Chairman Anand Mahindra said on Friday.
Renault has said it is talking to Mahindra about restructuring the joint venture that makes the Logan sedan. (Reporting by C.J. Kuncheria; editing by Malini Menon)
