BOMBAY, April 23 (Reuters) - The Reserve Bank of India said on Saturday foreign funds could buy up to 40 percent of auto parts maker Bharat Forge Ltd. , following approval by the company's board.
It also said foreign funds could buy up to 30 percent of drug firm Divi's Laboratories Ltd. , following a board resolution.
