BOMBAY, Aug 21 (Reuters) - India's largest maker of tractors and utility vehicles, Mahindra & Mahindra , has decided to bid for tractor maker Valtra, which Finnish engineer Kone plans to divest, it told the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday.
