MUMBAI, July 28 (Reuters) - Mahindra & Mahindra , India's largest utility vehicles and tractor maker, said on Wednesday it would postpone a decision on whether to bid for troubled Korean carmaker Ssangyong Motor Co until closer to the August deadline.
