NEW DELHI, Dec 1 (Reuters) - India's biggest car maker, Maruti Udyog Ltd. , sold 42,842 vehicles in November, up 7.8 percent from 39,745 units in the same month a year ago, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
Maruti is 54.2-percent-owned by Suzuki Motor Corp. , Japan's largest minicar maker.
