MUMBAI, Nov 19 (Reuters) - India's Pantaloon Retail is raising 4 to 5 billion rupees ($86 million to $107.5 million) in a share sale to institutions at 316 rupees per share, two sources with direct knowledge of the deal said on Thursday.
