MUMBAI, June 21 (Reuters) - Information technology services company Tech Mahindra Ltd., a venture between India's Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and UK's BT Group Plc. , said on Tuesday it plans an initial public offering.
The company said it had filed papers with the market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India.
No other details were immediately available.
