Indonesia stock exchange struggles to resume Tuesday

JAKARTA, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Indonesia's stock exchange has not decided yet whether trading will resume on Tuesday after technical problems that hampered the market in Southeast Asia's biggest economy on Monday.
