Maserati Names New North American President

The marque’s new president previously served as director-sales for Chrysler’s Asia-Pacific operations.

Maserati appoints a former Chrysler executive to its top post in North America.

Robert Graczyk is the marque’s president and CEO, replacing outgoing president Mark McNabb. Graczyk was director-sales for Chrysler’s Asia-Pacific region.

The move comes as Maserati steadily increases its presence in North America. Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne has said sales of premium brands Alfa Romeo and Maserati will be key to offsetting losses in Europe.

“It is with great pleasure that I welcome Bob to Maserati,” Harald Wester, Maserati CEO, writes in a news release.

“He brings nearly 27 years of broad leadership and industry experience. His background and international expertise will be a great foundation on which to further develop our company in North America.”
