Infineon nearing spin-off of memory chip unit-paper

FRANKFURT, Sept 21 (Reuters) - German chipmaker Infineon is close to a spin-off of its biggest unit, the loss-making memory chip business, the Handelsblatt newspaper said on Wednesday.
