ING holds 5.4 percent stake in IFI - Consob

MILAN, June 11 (Reuters) - Dutch bank ING has bought shares in Agnelli family holding company Ifi and on June 8 held a 5.4 percent stake in the group, Milan bourse regulator Consob said on Friday.

Under Consob rules, investors must declare their holdings in a listed company once they tip over the two-percent level.

ING is now Ifi's second largest shareholder after the Fiat-controlling Agnelli family, which has 56.2 percent, according to data on Consob's website.
