Ingersoll-Rand unit sells $1.6 bln in 3 parts - IFR

Aug 13 (Reuters) - Ingersoll-Rand Global Holding Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Ingersoll-Rand Co Ltd , late on Tuesday sold $1.6 billion of senior notes in three parts, International Financing Review reported on Wednesday.
