INTERVIEW-Danisco CEO says biofuel may double enzymes market

KALUNDBORG, Denmark, Nov 18 (Reuters) - The head of Danish food ingredients and enzyme producer Danisco said on Wednesday the global market for enzymes could double if production of biofuels from waste takes off.
