Intesa Sanpaolo says working on Fiat loan - reports

ROME, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Intesa Sanpaolo is working on a loan for Fiat , the Italian bank's chief executive was quoted as saying by Italian news agencies including Ansa on Wednesday.
