Israel's Delek in talks for U.S. petrol stations


TEL AVIV, March 28 (Reuters) - Israel's Delek Group said on Sunday its subsidiary is in advanced talks to acquire a U.S. company that owns a chain of 100 petrol stations and convenience stores, mainly in the state of Alabama. The subsidiary, Delek US Holdings, would pay $24.6 million for the company and assume long-term bank debt of $26 million, Delek said in a statement to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
