Italy's IMMSI closes deal to buy Vespa-maker

MILAN, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Italian financier Roberto Colaninno's holding company IMMSI said on Thursday it had completed the acquisition of Piaggio -- the maker of the famous Vespa scooters.
