MILAN, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Fiat's truck unit Iveco said on Monday it had signed a deal to sell up to 300 million euros of commercial credits to Credit Agricole in the first step of a securitisation programme.
In a statement, Iveco said Credit Agricole would transfer the credits to its Hexagon unit which would use them to back commercial paper that would be rated A-1+ by Standard & Poor's.
