TOKYO, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Japan's domestic vehicle production rose 2.3 percent in August from a year earlier to 723,119 vehicles, the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association said on Thursday.
The association said it estimated exports in August to have risen about five percent from a year earlier. Official export figures will be announced on Friday.
