TOKYO, March 30 (Reuters) - Japan's state-backed corporate turaround body has chosen a consortium of Toyota Motor Corp. and Nomura Principal Finance Co. to rehabilitate home builder Misawa Homes Holdings Inc. , a newspaper said on Wednesday. Toyota had said in December that it and a third party would take a combined 33.4 percent stake in Misawa Homes under the Industrial Revitalization Corp. of Japan's (IRCJ) rehabilitation scheme, but had not decided on the third party investor.
