Johnson Controls raises quarterly dividend

CHICAGO, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Automotive interiors supplier Johnson Controls Inc. said on Wednesday that it has raised its quarterly cash dividend by 25 cents per share from 22.5 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on Jan. 3 to shareholders of record on Dec. 15, the Milwaukee-based company said. Johnson Controls, which also makes environmental controls for buildings, said in October that it expected record sales and earnings for fiscal 2005, which started on Oct. 1.
