JPMorgan to help Continental in defence -sources

FRANKFURT, July 24 (Reuters) - German car parts group Continental has mandated JPMorgan to help it work out a defence strategy against an unsolicited takeover bid by Schaeffler, financial sources told Reuters on Thursday.
