DETROIT, Feb 19 (Reuters) - A U.S. bankruptcy court judge on Tuesday denied Chrysler LLC's request for permission to seize tools and shift its business from bankrupt auto parts supplier Plastech Engineered Products Inc. Chrysler had asked the court to allow it to take equipment and business from Dearborn, Michigan-based Plastech and shift the tools and work to other suppliers.
