DETROIT, June 25 (Reuters) - A federal judge on Wednesday denied part of a DaimlerChrysler AG motion to dismiss shareholder lawsuits over the 1998 merger that formed the company, saying investors could not have reasonably suspected the so-called "merger of equals" was a takeover.
