MOSCOW, Sept 12 (Reuters) - British retailer Kingfisher will open nine new stores in Russia and engine maker Rolls-Royce will collaborate with Russian atomic energy agency Rosatom under deals to be signed on Monday, British Prime Minister David Cameron said.
