Koc interested in Unicredit's Yapi Kredi stake-papers

ISTANBUL, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Turkey's Koc Holding would be seriously interested if Italy's UniCredit sold its stake in Yapi Kredi Bank , which the two of them own, newspapers on Thursday quoted Koc's chairman as saying.
