Lear to take goodwill impairment charge

NEW YORK, Sept 20 (Reuters) - Auto interiors supplier Lear Corp. on Tuesday said poor results in its interiors components unit would force it to take a goodwill impairment charge. It said it could not yet estimate the size of the charge.
