TORONTO, April 30 (Reuters) - Linamar Corp. said on Monday it was in talks with Ford Motor Co. to buy the automaker's Converca I Plant power transfer unit in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
The companies said the transaction is subject to due diligence, negotiation of remaining business terms and approval of mutually satisfactory agreements.
No financial terms were disclosed.
