DETROIT, Oct 25 (Reuters) - Car dealership group Lithia Motors Inc. on Tuesday posted higher quarterly earnings on strong new vehicle sales and a rise in finance and insurance revenue.
Lithia posted third-quarter earnings of $17.6 million, or 83 cents a share, up from $14.5 million, or 70 cents a share, in the year-ago quarter.
