Luxembourg urged to stop 'gas pump tourism'

PARIS, March 31 (Reuters) - Luxembourg should raise car fuel prices to discourage "gas pump tourism" by motorists from nearby countries and combat a rapid rise in carbon dioxide emissions, the OECD said on Wednesday.
