Mahindra Forgings to raise up to 2.26 bln rupees

MUMBAI, Oct 28 (Reuters) - The board of Mahindra Forgings has given in principal approval for raising up to 2.26 billion rupees via a rights issue, the company said in a statement to the stock exchange.
