MUMBAI, May 28 (Reuters) - India's largest utility vehicles and tractor maker Mahindra & Mahindra has submitted a letter of intent to bid for South Korea's Ssangyong Motor Corp , two sources with direct knowledge of the deal told Reuters on Friday.
