Malaysia's Delloyd to issue 100 mln rgt bonds


KUALA LUMPUR, March 21 (Reuters) - Malaysia's auto parts maker Delloyd Ventures Bhd said on Monday it planned to issue up to 100 million ringgit, or $26.3 million, of bonds to finance future investments, capital spending and working capital. The debt securities will be Islamic commercial papers and medium term notes with maturities of up to seven years, Delloyd said in a statement to the stock exchange.
