KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Malaysian conglomerate DRB-Hicom has received government approval to sell its minority stake in local bank EON Capital to Primus Pacific Partners, DRB-Hicom said in a statement on Tuesday.
In November, the firm said it had applied to the Malaysian central bank for approval to sell the 20.2 percent stake to the Hong Kong-based investment firm. (Reporting by Clarence Fernandez; Editing by Syed Azman)
