Malaysia's Edaran says no move on capital payout

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Malaysian car retailer Edaran Otomobil Nasional Bhd has not made any decision with regards to a capital repayment, the company said on Tuesday, responding to a stock exchange query.
