KUALA LUMPUR, June 29 (Reuters) - Malaysia's state investment arm, Khazanah Nasional Bhd, plans to continue issuing bonds convertible into shares of state-linked firms, but only when the time is right, Managing Director Azman Mokhtar said on Friday.
