KUALA LUMPUR, June 26 (Reuters) - Malaysia's state investment arm Khazanah Nasional Bhd is making steady progress in talks for national carmaker Proton to tie up with foreign carmakers, Managing Director Azman Mokhtar said on Tuesday.
