KUALA LUMPUR, May 23 (Reuters) - Malaysia's largest car maker Proton said on Tuesday it and China's Chery Automobile had agreed to jointly study plans to assemble and distribute Proton and Chery cars in China, Malaysia and the rest of ASEAN.
