KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 (Reuters) - Malaysian state-controlled carmarker Proton Holdings Bhd and Tracoma Holdings Bhd have agreed to extend the date for Proton's $10-million purchase of a 49 percent stake in PT Proton Tracoma Motors, Proton said on Thursday.
