KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 (Reuters) - Malaysian autos-to-energy group UMW Holdings will build a $170 million plant in India to make seamless tubes, Chief Executive Abdul Halim Harun said on Tuesday. (Reporting by Naveen Thukral)
