MAN holds 15.57 pct votes stake in Scania-Sweden

STOCKHOLM, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Sweden's financial watchdog said on Friday Germany's MAN now holds a 15.57 percent voting stake in Swedish truck maker Scania after an unspecified transaction. According to Swedish ownership statistics as of the end of November, MAN had held 14.8 percent of voting rights.
