FRANKFURT, April 27 (Reuters) - German truckmaker and machinery group MAN is seeking acquisitions to grow in the diesel motors and turbo machinery areas but will use its own resources to boost its trucks and buses businesses, Chief Executive Hakan Samuelsson said.
