Mazda CEO:Chase Manhattan to become top shareholder

TOKYO, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Mazda Motor Corp's CEO said on Thursday that Chase Manhattan Bank would become its top shareholder after Ford Motor Co reduces its stake in the Japanese carmaker.
